Word n°4: a competitive edge!

How do you translate “to keep a competitive edge” into French?

Many possibilities here : an edge = un avantage (when comparing)

So you can say: rester compétitif, garder un avantage compétitif, maintenir un avantage concurrentiel …

To edge also means affûter, aiguiser as in the expression “a cutting edge technology” = technologie de pointe.

So keep your solutions/strategies/style/products edgy (avant gardiste, audacieux)!
